Pick Up and Paddle Saturdays
Level: Easy
Bring your friends and family on this accessible and affordable kayaking tour of Mission Creek. Located near AT&T Park, Mission Creek offers calm waters, easy access, and inspiring scenery. Supportive and encouraging staff, combined with stable sit-on-top kayaks, makes this a perfect choice for first-time paddlers, families, and those seeking a quick getaway within the city. Children 8 and above must be accompanied by adults. Confirm paddle date on registration form. Limited same-day registration at the Boathouse is available from 9:30-9:50 a.m. only. Call 476-2078 for details.

Introduction to Stand Up Paddling
Level: Moderate
Try your hand at Stand Up Paddling in San Francisco Bay! We’ll cover the basic techniques needed to paddle a stand-up board. Utilizing the calm waters of Mission Creek, this class covers water safety, self-launching, paddling techniques, self-rescue, and endurance. We’ll also introduce board and paddle selection, as well as discuss future paddling opportunities. Includes board, paddle, wetsuit and instruction.
Limited to 10 participants.

Pilates: 50/50 Challenge
Take your stability ball core training to the next level with the BOSU Ballast Ball. Challenge every muscle in your power center with this booty-lifting, ab-sculpting experience, combining 50% standing Pilates integrated movements and 50% Pilates mat work. The perfect workout for optimal lower body conditioning and core strengthening. Small group class; limited to 10 participants. (6 classes; no class 9/2)

Spinning® Eight-Week Weight Loss Program
