Display Ad Rates

The basic ad rate is $9 per column inch. The discount rate -- available to those advertising in four consecutive issues or a total of 10 issues during the course of the school year -- is $7 per column inch.

To calculate total cost, take the actual height of the ad (in inches), multiply by the number of columns wide (1, 2, 3, or 4) and then multiply by $9 or $7. (see guide below) Add a one-time $25 design fee if we produce the ad.

Display Ad Rate Guide
$7 per column inch (purchase of four ads or more):
1/16th page = 2 columns (5 inches) x 2" = $28 per ad
1/8th page = 2 columns (5 inches) x 4" = $56 per ad
1/4th page = 2 columns (5 inches) x 8" = $112 per ad
1/2 page = 4 columns (10 inches) x 8" = $224 per ad
Full Page = 4 columns (10 inches) x 16" = $448 per ad

$9 per column inch (purchase of less than four ads):
1/16th page = 2 columns (5 inches) x 2" = $36 per ad
1/8th page = 2 columns (5 inches) x 4" = $72 per ad
1/4th page = 2 columns (5 inches) x 8" = $144 per ad
1/2 page = 4 columns (10 inches) x 8" = $288 per ad
Full Page = 4 columns (10 inches) x 16" = $576 per ad
